1. Ordering & Pricing

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

As a general guideline, the minimum order quantity is approximately 40,000 pieces for a 20 Ft container and around 80,000 pieces for a 40 Ft container. The exact quantity may vary depending on the product mix and packing conditions.

How is wholesale pricing handled?

Wholesale prices are provided after receiving your inquiry. Please let us know your target products and expected order quantity so that we can offer the most suitable quotation.

2. Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by bank transfer and PayPal.

Which currencies do you accept?

We accept payment in Japanese yen or U.S. dollars only.

3. Shipping & Lead Time

What shipping terms do you offer?

We basically handle shipments on an FOB basis. CIF terms are also available upon consultation depending on the destination and order conditions.

Can you arrange smaller shipments?

Yes. In addition to full container shipments, we can arrange LCL (less-than-container load) shipments and EMS (air shipment) depending on the volume and product category.

How long does it take before shipment?

As a general guideline, cargo preparation requires at least 14 days. The actual schedule may vary depending on the products and order details.

How long does delivery take?

Transit time varies depending on the destination, but in most cases it takes approximately 1 to 2 months.

4. Export / Import Support

Can all Japanese products be exported?

Some character-related products may be restricted in certain countries or regions due to copyright or licensing issues. Please check local regulations in advance.

Do you support local import regulations and food compliance?

Yes. We provide maximum possible support for documentation required to comply with local food import regulations and standards. We also have extensive experience exporting food products internationally.

Can you provide certificates and official documents?

We can issue certain origin-related documents, certificates of origin, and sanitation certificates. If additional documents are required, please consult with us in advance.

5. Product Information & Documents

Can you provide ingredient and raw material information?

Yes. We can provide information on up to five ingredients and primary raw materials.

How is shelf life handled?

The catalog indicates shelf life from the date of manufacture. Since the actual production date depends on order timing, we will confirm your required remaining shelf life at the destination and supply products accordingly.

Do you support label creation?

Yes. We can support the creation and application of English labels. Depending on the requirements, we may also support other languages.

Can you provide marketing materials?

We can provide product images. Additional promotional materials may also be available depending on the product. Please contact us for details.

6. After-sales Support

What should we do if defective products are found?

If defective products are found, please take photos of all affected items and submit a report in Excel format. After verification, we will review the case and arrange a refund where applicable.

7. Business Policy

Do you offer exclusive distribution agreements?

No. We do not currently offer exclusive distribution agreements.

What kind of customer support is available?

We provide customer support in both Japanese and English during business hours: 9:00–17:00 (Japan time), weekdays.
